All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change after site measurements or where additional materials or labour are required.
Quotations are valid for the period indicated on the quotation document.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
Custom-made products, including blinds manufactured to customer measurements, cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements and specifications are accurate unless professional measurement services have been requested.
4. Pricing
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of delivery and installation unless otherwise stated.
Installation charges may vary depending on the project size and location.
5. Payment Terms
We accept payment through:
• Mobile Money
• Bank Transfer
Payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Kenya.
Delivery charges start from KES 500, depending on the delivery location, order size, and accessibility.
Delivery timelines are as follows:
• Within Nairobi: Same-day delivery for eligible orders.
• Outside Nairobi: Delivery is typically completed within 3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, supplier availability, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Installation
Professional installation services are available for all products.
Customers must ensure that the installation site is accessible and ready before the scheduled installation date.
Any additional work required due to site conditions may attract extra charges.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, visible damage, or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
• Remove furniture or obstacles before installation where necessary.
• Confirm measurements before approving custom orders if professional measurement services were not requested.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable Returns and Refund Policy.
Custom-made products manufactured to customer specifications may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
11. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product purchased.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation by third parties
• Misuse or negligence
• Accidental damage
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance
12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased products or services.
